In the middle of the Veluwe in Wenum Wiesel, you will find our nature house where you can enjoy peace, space and nature! The cottage is located near a beautiful nature reserve (Het Korte Broek in Vaassen) and has a cozy, comfortable interior. The living room has a cozy sitting area with television. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have a gas stove, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker. There is a bedroom for two persons. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Around the cottage is an enclosed garden with a terrace where you can sit during the hot summer days. For electric cars is a spacious parking there is a 220V charging point. Upon availability (in consultation with the landlord) can be deviated from the arrival and departure times.
Nature and surroundings
In the immediate vicinity is much to experience: all kinds of hiking trails including clog paths along the streams and springs, cycling, forests, heathland, watermills, the Crown Estates of Palace of the Loo, Apelheul, Queen Juliana, the castle in Vaassen, sauna, etc. The center of the cozy village Vaassen (every Saturday market) is 8 minutes by bike. Apeldoorn is also close The nature house is located near the nature reserve Korte Broek. This area is managed by the Gelders Landscape. During a walk through this beautiful area there is a good chance that you will encounter deer or see birds of prey. In the cottage there are several hiking and cycling routes ready. Within walking distance is a stork's nest and deer regularly walk through the surrounding meadows. In front of the nature house you overlook a meadow where horses, sheep and a cow walk. Behind the cottage chickens walk, so you have a fresh egg every day.
