The house is located only 70 m from the seaside, where you can take a walk on the 3 km long coastal path and enjoy on one of many beaches, restaurants and bars. It provides complete privacy, peace and quiet. Ideal for active holidays (running, rollerblading, cycling, walking, swimming, diving) but also for those who simply want to enjoy a peaceful retreat close to the sea. Located in the immediate vicinity of a diving center.

There are restaurants, coffee bars and fast-food shops along the coastal path (2 min walk from the house). Ideal for divers due to the immediate vicinity of Diving center Kostrena. Gas station, supermarket, ambulance and tourist information center, walking and cycling trails are nearby. Proximity of big cities (Rijeka 5 km, Opatija 25 km, Crikvenica 33 km, island of Krk 25 km, Omišalj airport 25 km). Proximity of National park Plitvička jezera (157 km).
