Retreat to this unique, peaceful accommodation. Located on the ice dike, this idyllic eco-home is ideal for couples or families. Because it is made of sustainable materials, the atmosphere, warmth and acoustics are wonderful. Set your chair in the orchard, and enjoy the many birds in the garden and around the house. Or enjoy the buzzing bees above the green roof. At the front is a soccer field. Apeldoorn, Zwolle but especially Deventer are very easy to reach.
Nature and surroundings
The house is very well insulated, so a small fire in the stove is more than enough to make it comfortable. The walls are plastered with clay, which gives the room a very pleasant living environment. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a king-size bed and 2 with a single bed. In addition, a sofa bed is available in the living room. The living room has hundreds of meters of views in two directions.
