Le Haut des Vannes is a schist farmhouse built in the Ardennes around 1850. After 2 years of renovation work, we moved in in 2003. In 2021, we came up with the idea of converting an uninhabited part of the house into a self-catering cottage. In January 2023, we welcomed our first guests. Our gîte has a kitchen and living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace with access to the lawn. A covered parking space is provided for your vehicle. The living room is equipped with a TV with access to Netflix, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, spices, washing-up liquid, sponge and hand towels, etc.). The accommodation is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an outside ramp. Private entrance. Free on-site parking and protected carport.

It's an ideal base for visiting the Semois Valley National Park, the Forêt d'Anlier Nature Park, the Valley of Lakes, Bastogne, Bouillon, Florenville, Chassepierre, Orval, the Gaume and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Easy freeway access, near the intersection of the E411 and E25 freeways (approx. 5 minutes away).
