Domaine de Mournet is located in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park, in a verdant riverside setting at the entrance to the small village of Albon d'Ardèche. This traditional 19th-century Ardèche farmhouse has been restored with charm and modernity, and converted into four completely independent gîtes. On site, a large landscaped garden with children's play area, ping pong table and saltwater swimming pool (heated part of the year). L'Ecurie is a small, cosy gîte (50 m²) opening onto the property's inner courtyard. It comprises a double bedroom with 160cm bed, a single bedroom with two 90cm beds, and a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Small, functional kitchen with sitting and dining areas. Private terrace in part of the courtyard, with garden furniture and barbecue. Ideal for a small family!
Nature and surroundings
We live in a beautiful region, where nature is wild and unspoilt. The Domaine is an ideal place for a relaxing family vacation, far from the crowds and hustle and bustle of the cities. There are many nature activities in the area: canoeing, kayaking, cycling, climbing, canyoning, sightseeing and cultural visits, donkey rides... The Domaine is also a good starting point for hiking. It is located on the banks of a pretty little river, much appreciated by trout fishermen and ideal for swimming. Note concerning the terrace area of L'Ecurie: the inner courtyard is divided in two (vegetated separation). One part is accessible to guests staying in the L'Ecurie gîte, the other is for use by guests staying in the La Ferme gîte. So there's a de facto proximity.
