Welcome to our forest cottage at Cantecleer. What you need for a relaxing day, weekend or week is here. A cozy wood fire, good kitchen, hot shower, a terrace with dining area, garden chairs and hammock. For max 4 persons good beds, 2 parking spaces, washing machine and on this piece of 500 m2 forest surely a place in the sun or shade to listen to the birds or look at the stars, or to fall asleep. You don't have to go anywhere anymore.

If you want to go out you will find hiking trails and MTB trails on your doorstep. From the Mookerheide, St. Jansberg, the forests of Groesbeek (which continue into the Reichswald) to nearby Berg and Dal with its N70 hiking trail (Pieterpad or Geopad); they await your acquaintance. Within 5 min walk you're on the terrace of the Zweef-Inn, with bus stop in front of the door and half an hour walk train station Mook-Molenhoek. Within half an hour cycling there are stores and supermarkets in Malden (swimming pool), Mook and Groesbeek. At the Colonnes in Groesbeek you can taste local wines or go to the Freedom Museum. A bike ride to the Ooijpolder and the Millingerwaard, or yet to the city of Nijmegen on the Waal. A week is probably too short.
