Our 44 square meter veggie vacation apartment is located on the edge of the forest in the Bavarian Forest Nature Park. You can enjoy nature and the 4000 square meter garden while having breakfast on the terrace. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you in the vacation apartment for preparing vegetarian or vegan food. If you like, you can also use the herbs from the raised bed or snack on berries in the garden. The entire vacation apartment is very comfortably furnished and is heated ecologically with a heat pump. Although we live here in a secluded location, you can sometimes hear noises from the surroundings, depending on the direction of the wind. Incidentally, the starry sky can be wonderfully observed from the property. In addition to our garden, our guests especially love the beautiful mixed forest that borders directly on our vacation apartment.

If you want, you can set off on a hike right from the front door or explore nature by bike. Want to go higher? How about a hike in the mountains of the Bavarian Forest or in the Bavarian Forest National Park, just 30 km away? In the border area with the Czech Republic, on the former Iron Fence, there are wonderful spots of untouched nature and very special places. There are also ski areas nearby where you can go cross-country skiing or downhill skiing. Those who prefer warmer weather can hike along the steep slopes of the Danube, an important nature reserve with an almost Mediterranean climate. There are also numerous bathing lakes, such as the Freudensee in Hauzenberg, 10 km away, where you can relax. Thanks to the guest card, you can also use the IGEL tourist buses free of charge. Although it is difficult here without a car, there are great routes, especially from Waldkirchen, and even a bus with a bicycle trailer.
