Our vacation apartments are located in the yard of our former dairy farm. The vacation homes have a cozy and fully equipped living-dining kitchen, the kitchen contains 2 stoves, a coffee maker, kettle, pans, crockery and cutlery, linen and a combi oven microwave, and a refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom and toilet are downstairs, the bedrooms are on the first and second floors. The bed is a double box spring of 180x200, with two single 4-seasons comforters, the bed is of course freshly made upon arrival. In the attic there are 2 single beds. There are no doors between the floors. Towels for the bathroom are in the closet (1 set per person is included). There is a private little garden with garden furniture and parasol where you can sit freely, the bikes can be safely stored in the shed that is locked. Your car can be safely parked in our yard.
Nature and surroundings
Our beautiful yard borders the beautiful nature reserve Gerendal which is known for its special wild orchids, these bloom from late April early May, and can be found from 100 meters from our yard! From our yard also starts directly a walking path into the Gerendal which is a nice starting point for many walks, both towards Valkenburg and the Sint Jansbos as well as towards Schin op Geul, Gulpen or Margraten. Scheulder is very conveniently located to many places, you are in 15 km in Maastricht, but also Heerlen, Aachen or Liege can be reached within a short time. the American Cemetery can be found at 2 km and there are several bicycle routes.
