Stunning newly renovated villa set in a 3-hectare green park, consisting of three bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms, service bathroom, large kitchen open to living room with sofa and fireplace, large dining room with wooden table for 20 people, living area in front of the window overlooking the park, soccer field, volleyball court, skipping jump, fruit trees, a pony living fenced. On site lives the caretaker Silvio in an annex next to the villa, he takes care of the park and can give escort service for a fee of 20€ per ride to be paid to him.
Nature and surroundings
The villa is surrounded by a 3-hectare park with 180 olive trees, fruit trees, vineyard, vegetable garden. In a large enclosure lives an old pony named Nero who for kissing sometimes bites, better not to enter the enclosure but stay outside. On the estate lives the caretaker and gardener Silvio in an independent depandance, he can also chauffeur for short trips in the area for the amount of 20€ to be paid directly to him.
