220 meters above the Adriatic Sea overlooking the island of Krk lies the beautiful village of Donji Zagon with only 150 inhabitants near the town of Novi Vinodolski. At the end of the village lies this nature house in a 1000m² garden. It's only 6 minutes to the Adriatic Sea and - hard to believe - only an hour, and you can go skiing in Platak, for example. A HOLIDAY HOUSE FOR THE ALL YEAR The house consists of two large apartments (78m² each), which you can use separately or together via a shared staircase. Ideal for large families or if you want to vacation with a family friend. Each apartment has a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with sitting area and a bathroom, as well as a large balcony. Each bedroom has space for 2 people, in addition there is a sofa bed in each living room. And in the basement there is an additional bedroom. A maximum of 10 people (excluding cribs) is thus possible. There is a heated WHIRLPOOL on the lower terrace and a SAUNA
Nature and surroundings
Our villa is located in the middle of nature, completely remote and yet not far from the perfect infrastructure. Wild animals come to visit you. Hiking trails are in front of the door. This house is also ideally located for many sports. The sunsets you can enjoy from the balconies are spectacular. There are several protected natural areas nearby.
