The vacation home is located in a well-kept vacation home park in the North Hessian Highlands. The house is situated on the lake side and is almost completely secluded. From here it is only about 600 m. to the beach. The very well-kept and tastefully furnished vacation home offers enough sleeping accommodation for families with 3 bedrooms. An air conditioning split unit heats the house in winter and cools it in summer. The house is also equipped with various accessories that convey a stylish coziness, so that you immediately feel at home as soon as you enter the house. The property is planted all around and is therefore almost opaque in summer, when everything is green. On the ground floor is the entrance with vestibule and checkroom as well as the spacious living room with fireplace. From there you can access a beautiful gallery with a kitchen, bathroom, guest WC and a bedroom with a double bed. 2 further bedrooms are located on the upper floor.
Nature and surroundings
The leisure facility invites you to relax on the beach (sand) as well as to enjoy the thrill of water-skiing on the existing facility. The water-skiing facility comprises a 700 m circuit. Up to 16 skiers can be pulled across the water at the same time. The speed is infinitely variable from 20 - 64 km/h and can therefore be adjusted to suit beginners or experts. The "pros" can try their hand at slalom skiing or on the ski jump. The lake has good water quality, so swimmers will also get their money's worth. Anglers (with a fishing license) can also indulge in their hobby in the lake after obtaining a permit. Enjoy the lake while swimming and sunbathing, fishing or taking a leisurely stroll! Numerous hiking trails start directly at the resort. A hiking parking lot has been newly designated as a starting point for interesting hiking tours. A golf course is approx. 4 km away.
