Peace, quiet and simplicity is what this cottage offers.Put down in 1953 by the owners themselves, it still has the character of a summer house: simply furnished with wooden furniture, beds and floors.The kitchen inventory is sober, but satisfactory for a stay.Shops are 3.5 and 4 km away.From the road, the cottage can not be seen, it is located behind a dune entrance.In the barn there are 4 bicycles.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located on Terschelling on a side road from the bathing road to Midsland aan Zee. It is located before the last edge of the dunes . It is surrounded by sea buckthorns that form a beautiful orange backdrop, especially in autumn. Many birds pop up among the bushes; the harrier skims low over the valley, where the pheasant also lets its hoarse cry be heard.The silence is interrupted only by the sound of sea and wind. Behind the cottage, through the buckthorns, is a private path that leads to the beach, about 100 meters. On a clear night, a beautiful starry sky reveals itself .
