Completely newly remodeled very luxurious water villa with spacious garden (approx. 1,000m2) with terraces and garden to play in, enjoy the water or ultimate lazing around. This houseboat is equipped with all the luxury and freedom. Three bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet. The kitchen is very luxurious with a Jura espresso machine, a Quooker with sparkling water, induction and an oven with AirFryer. Here you lack nothing. The living room is surrounded by wonderful views of the water and for colder days a fine designer wood-burning fireplace. The whole house has underfloor heating, so it is always comfortable. From the public road it's an 80 meter walk and then you're out and about. We have an electric cart for your luggage and your groceries, everything for the relaxed feeling. Water is boats, we have a motor boat with 5 hp that can be rented with it to explore the area also by water.
Nature and surroundings
The waterfowl are your friends here. Go out with a SUP and enjoy the docklands, the boats and the water. Through the water you can reach all kinds of nice things, islands, beaches, many eateries and a coffee house and of course the Vinkeveense Plassen and the village. At 100 meters walking distance is a cozy restaurant where you can even take away the whole menu, so if you want to do nothing this is your chance! The area lends itself to hiking and cycling around small villages and the cozy Abcoude. The Ziggo Dome and AFAS Live are a stone's throw away, for Utrecht and Amsterdam you have to throw just a little harder but nearby is the best description. So close to Amsterdam on the water in nature in a beautiful luxury water villa is a gift. We think so too :)
