Built in 2023 on a 1,600 sqm plot, this modern, high-quality finca / villa is located in the quiet residential area of Parque Holandés, just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful dune beaches of Corralejo, and is elevated on a hill with breathtaking sea views. The new build (completion 2024) has two bedrooms with queen-size beds, two spacious bathrooms and a sofa bed for 1-2 people. The open roof truss in the living and kitchen area creates a spacious ambience, not least due to the high-quality materials used. This creates a feel-good atmosphere in a completely natural way on 120 m² of living space. From the kitchen window you can look out into our permaculture garden, which we have lovingly laid out in terraces. There is also a greenhouse on the premises and you can harvest fresh vegetables or herbs depending on the season - we have a green oasis on the otherwise dry island.
