This vintage caravan we built out with mostly upcycle materials , so you can cook outside under cover and chill in the wooden extension. While enjoying a drink at your bar, you look out over our vegetable garden into the hills. This caravan is 6 meters long so lots of indoor space with a large good bed and an extra indoor seating area. The wooden veranda has a large sofa and wood stove for the winter months. The caravan is covered with an extra roof so it stays nice and cool in the summer. We are off grid , you have your own water supply for a nice private hot shower and private dry toilet. And a urinal for the gentlemen. In the garden are sun beds and a large terrace table. Your parking space is in front of the door. The land is shared with a yurt and a log house but are in the green. We serve breakfast to order. We welcome you to share with us this fine place!
Nature and surroundings
The location is 5 minutes drive from the beach and fishing village of Burgau, 10 minutes from Luz and 15 minutes to the picturesque town of Lagos. You can hike and walk here, we are next to the famous fishermen's trail on the south coast. The west coast is 15 minutes in the other direction. There you have the wilder sea and huge cliffs. We are in the middle of the surf culture, everything is close by. In the small village of Almadena there is a bus station,5 minutes walk to our land. And a bike rental. Come experience it, off grid in nature with everything around you!
