This charming semi-detached house is located on the island of Usedom. The thatched house is located in Rankwitz, opposite the harbor with a view of the Peenestrom. With its well-kept appearance and high-quality furnishings as well as a living space of 110 m² per half of the house, for 6 people each, which extends over 3 floors, the house leaves nothing to be desired. The large garden of 1100 m² with 2 terraces each invites you to play and linger. On the first floor living room with fireplace, seating, TV, ISDN (WLAN) dining area for 6 guests kitchen, fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine (in the adjoining room) bathroom with shower and WC Upstairs bedroom I with double bed, living area, TV Bedroom II with 2 single beds; bathroom with bath, shower (at ground level) and WC In the attic bedroom III with 2 single beds and separate WC.
