The Tiny House is a small, cozy vacation home that can be used at any time of year. The house is modern and furnished with attention to detail and was extensively renovated and insulated in spring 2022. Our Tiny House has 2 separate bedrooms, each with a 1.60 m double bed and a living room with a 1.40 m sofa bed and can accommodate up to 4 adults and max. 1-2 children. 35 sqm indoor area + 70 sqm furnished outdoor area (18 sqm of which is covered) The house has a large, well-equipped terrace with a variety of furniture. You can barbecue outside on the terrace under the open sky, enjoy the sun in a beach chair or simply relax in a daybed on the terrace adjoining the house. Barbecue facilities with your own gas barbecue on a large furnished and partly covered terrace and a large playground (private, belongs to the property) is right outside the door.
Nature and surroundings
Here you can enjoy peace and quiet, surrounded by meadows, hedges and trees. The vacation home is located in the middle of nature, approx. 500 m from the Kinzigtalsperre dam, directly in the forest on the former excursion and event site. All vacation homes are approx. 30 m away from each other. Each house has its own covered terrace. The property is located outside the district of Marborn and belongs to the town of Steinau an der Straße. It lies between woods and meadows.
