The apartment has space for 2 - 6 people, is located on the ground floor and has 120 square meters of living space. Three bedrooms, living room with open kitchen, dining area, hallway, guest toilet and wellness bathroom with large 2-person bathtub and an infrared deep heat sauna invite you to linger comfortably. When the bedroom windows are open, you can hear the "Prüm" rushing past or listen to the birds, as the view from the window sweeps over meadows, streams and bushes. From the living room and kitchen windows you can look out over the cycle path directly into the adjacent forest. Behind the house is a large meadow that invites young and old to romp around, relax under the large walnut tree or under the maple trees in the shade. The small bridge takes you directly to the stream, and the large outdoor wellness area with sauna house, jacuzzi, terrace and toilet block allows you to relax in peace and quiet.
Nature and surroundings
Pittenbach is located in the High Eifel region in the border triangle of Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg, nestled in the idyllic Prümtal valley between meadows, forests, mountains and valleys. The Prümtal and Eifel-Ardennes cycle path has been created on the former railroad line. The whole family can cycle or hike along the almost gradient-free cycle path, Prüm - Pronsfeld approx. 10 km, Prüm - Gerolstein approx. 33 km, Pronsfeld - Bleialf approx. 12 km and on to St. Vith (Belgium) approx. 15 km or Pronsfeld - Waxweiler approx. 8.5 km, Pronsfeld - Neuerburg approx. 26 km. Numerous hiking trails lead around Pittenbach through forests and meadows. The "Höhberg" viewpoint, which can be "climbed" on the hiking trail, offers a good overview of Pronsfeld. Or you can hike through the Alfbachtal nature reserve, where the beavers build their dams.
