The apartment has space for 2-4 people, is located on the ground floor and has about 50 square meters of living space. There is a bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (140 x 200 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped, in the living room there is a couch which is a box spring bed (160 x 200 cm) when opened. The view from the bedroom window, as well as from the living room window falls over the cycle path directly onto beech and spruce forest, with the window open you can listen to the birds singing. In front of the apartment or in the adjoining garden you can relax with a cup of coffee or tea from everyday life. Behind the house you can relax on the large lawn or the sunny terrace, relax or barbecue. If you prefer a little more shade, you are sure to find a nice spot under the large chestnut, walnut or maple trees. The adjoining meadow or the stream are ideal for playing or romping around.
