Welcome to Schmidts Naturhof! Enjoy head-free days in our lovingly restored half-timbered house. With room for up to 8 people and a large natural courtyard, it is the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation in the midst of the unspoiled nature of Laaslich. The house offers enough space for everyone in two cozy bedrooms with double beds and a children's room with bunk beds (optional extra beds and 1 sofa bed). On cold days, the tiled stoves invite you to snuggle up after a long walk. In spring, summer and early fall, it's "pure freedom" on the large natural courtyard: while adults enjoy the peace and quiet or watch the circling kite, the children romp around the courtyard. Laaslich and its surroundings (forest, field, river) is a pure nature experience. Located in the UNESCO Elbe River Landscape Biosphere Reserve, you are on vacation in the middle of the unique nature of the Prignitz. You can discover swallows, kites, white storks, lizards and much more right on the farm. Observe ospreys, beavers, white-tailed eagles, barn owls, badgers, eagle owls, bitterns, white storks and, with a bit of luck, black storks in the surrounding area. In October you can see up to 4000 cranes gathering in the Rambow moor and discover the nature of the Elbe and its numerous tributaries, alluvial forests, brackish water, mudflats, floodplain grassland and moorland. A visit to the Elbe floodplain nature reserve is also worthwhile.
