Nearby are the outdoor museum the Dune Houses and the visitor center Tenellaplas, which are definitely worth a visit. In ten minutes of cycling you are on the beach with nice beach bars. The Oostvoornse Meer and the wide Maasvlakte beach are also nearby. The Maasvlakte II with Futureland information center are also nice to visit. Every year there are various festivities such as: the cycling race, treasure hunt and lantern parade. Despite the fact that the location is in an outlying area, the access to WIFI is fine! Additional visitors are only allowed after consultation and for a fee to be agreed upon in advance.
