On a narrow road 2 km from Montignac-Lascaux, this detached nature house of 85 m2. Everything is at floor-level from the parking/entrance, only the living room is 2 steps down. Entrance, kitchen (gas stove + oven, fridge with freezer, combi-oven/magnetron, kettle, plancha, Senseo), large living/dining room of 35 m2 with double sliding doors to the balcony, corridor, toilet. Bedroom 1: 2 single beds 90x200, built-in sink, closets. Bedroom 2: bed 160x200 (can also be 2 single beds of 80x200), closets. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sink. Garage in the basement, with space for storing bicycles. Always a place in the sun or shade: on the terrace at the entrance, or on the balcony (3x8 m). + Fixed air conditioning (3 units: in the living room + in both bedrooms) provides relief on the (very) hot summer days + Special protected socket in the garage for charging electric car + Fiber optic internet / WIFI

In the PERIGORD NOIR you can find many sporting activities in a green environment: Hiking trails, cycling and mountain biking, and canoeing/kayaking on the Vézère. or Dordogne. The immediate vicinity has a large tourist offer: MONTIGNAC with the world famous caves of LASCAUX. SARLAT, the charming "capital" of the Périgord Noir with beautiful weekly markets and many old houses, streets and squares.
