In a wooded area, the Bergerie is located halfway up a hill with fantastic unobstructed views and beautiful sunsets. The grounds are 1.5 acres, and divided into terraces. The Bergerie has a large living room with armchairs, sofa bed, separate dining area, American kitchen with bar. The kitchen is generously equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher etc. There is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and crib. Upstairs two bedrooms: 1 room with 1 bunk bed and 1 pull-out bed for 2 persons and 1 room with double bed. Small bathroom with bath (incl. shower), sink and toilet. Downstairs separate shower and separate toilet. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons. The Bergerie is completely detached, not isolated. The house is built of natural stone with a fully glazed conservatory, complete with dining area so that if the weather is bad, you can still sit "outside". WIFI Internet (fiberglass).
Nature and surroundings
The house sits on 1.5 acres of private forest land. The private pool is large, 6x12 meters and fenced (safe for children). Lovely Jeu de Boules pitch under the trees. The driveway to the house is paved. Many small friendly medieval towns nearby, with squares and terraces. The large lake Lac St Cassien is a 10-minute drive away. The Côte d'Azur (Cannes, St-Raphael/Frejus) at 30 minutes. 45 minutes from Nice Airport. Lots of restaurants nearby, from super simple to starry allure.... Activities The largest golf course in Western Europe (Terre Blanche: 36 holes) at 10 minutes drive and many other golf courses nearby. Tennis and horseback riding are also available. You can also go hiking, cycling, fishing, gliding and water sports in the vicinity.
