Our new (2023) thatched villa with 155 m2 floor space and sauna has a beautiful location with garden on open water, the Weisleat, in the middle of the Frisian lake district. The sustainable villa has its own jetty with a beautiful 8 person electric boat! The sloop is available to you at an additional cost between April 1 and November 1. Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh rolls. But also a day trip on the Frisian lakes is a silent sensation! The house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms of which 1 bedroom with bathroom is on the ground floor. Eating together at the long table, barbecuing outside or watching a movie together on the large corner sofa, it's all possible. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the water in beautiful Friesland.
Nature and surroundings
Watersports village Heeg is centrally located in the Frisian lake district on the Heegermeer. Several waterways connect Heeg to villages such as Oudega, Gaastmeer, Woudsend, Koudum and Elahuizen, among others, and cities such as IJlst, Sneek, Workum and Stavoren. Heeg is a vibrant water sports village where you can enjoy a snack and a drink on the waterfront terraces. From the house you can go in all directions by boat. The sailing route towards the Heegermeer runs through the picturesque village. And is the opening to all the beautiful lakes in the heart of Súdwest-Fryslân. You can also sail through the beautiful Poelengebied to Oudega and Gaastmeer.
