In the north of Dordogne (Perigord Vert) located property of 2 hectares with 2 chalets and 2 lakes. Both chalets are connected by a terrace, you rent the entire property exclusively. Absolute tranquility and privacy. In terms of facilities you have running water, hot water through a geyser, electricity via solar panels and batteries (230 volts possible but limited to light users as phone charger etc.). Present: -fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator and sink -inside shower with hot water through geyser and toilet -extra toilet in the second chalet -sun-heated outdoor shower -terrace with picnic table garden table with chairs and parasol -bedding, kitchen linen and towels.
Nature and surroundings
A very wooded hilly area with a very diverse flora and fauna. On the property itself you will find 2 lakes with a wide variety of fish (especially carp), kingfishers, various reptiles, coypus, otters, birds of prey, woodpeckers, owls and much more. In the vicinity you will find smaller villages and towns (nearest supermarket at 3 km). Larger cities nearby are Limoges and Perigieux. In consultation and only for experienced fishermen it is possible to fish (we want to make absolutely sure that the fish are treated well).
