The room is located in the village of Mormont, commune of Erezée, province of Luxembourg, in the Ardennes, Belgium, on the 1st floor of a single-family eco/self-built house with private access via a wooden staircase, and includes a double bed (160X200), a shower and washbasin area, a dry toilet and a sitting area. There is also a private, rain-protected outdoor area on the 1st floor with a dining table, parking space and the possibility of storing bicycles under cover. It is possible to use a non-private space on the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, pots, cutlery, ..., basic condiments, ...) and a dining room. Bed and bath linen are optional. You can simply bring your own (double bed 160x200). Breakfast (organic and local) is also optional. You can use the shared kitchen to prepare your own meals.
