The room is located in the village of Mormont, commune of Erezée, province of Luxembourg, in the Ardennes, Belgium, on the 1st floor of a single-family eco/self-built house with private access via a wooden staircase, and includes a double bed (160X200), a shower and washbasin area, a dry toilet and a sitting area. There is also a private outdoor space protected from the rain on the 1st floor with a dining table, a parking space and the possibility of storing bicycles under cover. It is possible to use a non-private space on the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, pots and pans, cutlery, ..., basic condiments, ...) and a dining room. Bed and bath linen are optional. You can simply bring your own (double bed 160x200). Breakfast (organic and local) is also optional. You can use the shared kitchen to prepare your own meals, and nostalgic guests can play Mario Kart 1992.
Nature and surroundings
This eco-responsible bed & breakfast for 2 people is located in an Ardennes village perched on a hill, offering panoramic views and activities such as forest walks, bike rides, tasting of local and terroir products, observation of the stag bellow, etc. This cabin-like accommodation is built ecologically using bio-sourced materials. It also features natural wastewater treatment, rainwater harvesting, permaculture in and out of the garden, renewable energy sources and energy management. 10 minutes by car from the town of Durbuy, 15 minutes from La Baraque Fraiture (ski slopes) and surrounded by forests and nature walks (mountain biking, walking, jogging, etc.).
