The house recently has been completely renovated. The accommodation is on the ground floor with a sea-view garden, designed as an open space, consisting of an equipped kitchen, living area with sofa bed and bathroom, The accommodation is equipped with linens for bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, hair dryer, dishes and kitchenware. The entire property is divided into four units with independent entrances, two are on the ground floor with equipped garden and parking space, two on the upper floor with equipped terrace and parking space.

The house is detached, at the end of the road surrounded by the garden and embraced by the forest. Canova is a hamlet of Magliolo, a small hamlet of a few houses inhabited by quiet people who love nature. It is a rejuvenating place, surrounded by greenery, the singing of birds and the mooing of cows. The property is 10 km from the sea of Finale Ligure and Finalborgo, 6 km from Verezzi, 10 km from the former NATO base, 20 km from Lake Osiglia. There are numerous walking trails, mountain biking and climbing routes.
