Beautiful cottage for 2 to 4 people, fully equipped, located on estate next to the castle in the village of Marcigny. The cottage has a private entrance, parking and outdoor seating. Within walking distance of amenities such as supermarket, village center, restaurants, bike and walking path, swimming pool, bike rental, terraces, cinema, weekly market on Monday, but completely in the green and quiet environment.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is in the middle of the castle park where more than 35 bird species have been spotted, but where you can also encounter various other wildlife, such as squirrels and in the early morning maybe even a deer. Nearby is Kayaking and canoeing possible, day at the beach, gliding/air ballooning, forests, natural water, horseback riding, cattle market, wine tasting, rock climbing etc. Besides organic stores, water fun and bird watching locations, there are several castles, churches and museums to visit and some charging stations nearby for your electric car.
