It is located on a regenerative (ecological) nursery. It makes planting material for edible gardens and food forests and all kinds of agroforrestry projects. From apple tree to woodland strawberry and everything in between. We would love to welcome you to our brand new Bell tents. They are fully furnished and fully equipped. Inventory: Sleeping - 2 person good wooden bed (can be apart for 2x 1 person setup) with latex mattresses and down 4-season comforters and firm down pillows Cooking - two burner stove - miscellaneous pans and extensive cookware for all your culinary ambitions - Plenty of enamel plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc. - fridge - perculator - teapot - oven for gas stove for rent for baking bread etc. Furniture (for inside and outside) - two comfortable chairs - wooden table - a relaxing chair Warmth and coziness - wood stove that can also be used for cooking - gloves and axe - 1 fruikist of wood (then for sale)
Nature and surroundings
We are building our own food forest of 1 hectare (10,000m2) in which we have created 15 camping spots. When the food forest is finished you can pick all kinds of goodies around your camping spot for your meal or just a snack in between. All camping spots are located at the water and look out on one side over the butter polder with beautiful views and on the other side over the nursery. The site can be left on the north side (near the monumental windmill) by foot or bike where you end up in the historic Vaardorp the Rietveld. There is also a connection to hiking and cycling routes. Nearby you can rent whisper boats, rowing boats, sup's and canoes. A little further on is a cozy tea garden where boat tours are organized.
