If you want to enjoy an authentic atmosphere in the middle of peace, quiet and nature, visit our property in the countryside in the heart of France. The estate of our small farm offers a sea of space and is equipped with everything necessary for a stay in harmony with nature. There are two composting toilets, an outdoor shower (solar powered), a small gas stove and a place to make a fire and cook your own pot. The small kitchenette is fully equipped. You can enjoy a beautiful view, completely surrounded by forests and fields. At night the clear starry sky offers a view of the Milky Way. In the large garden full of fruit and nut trees, you can enjoy the singing of birds and admire a wide variety of butterflies. The accommodation is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful region, for example, the fabulous Pierres Jaumâtres are only a 15min drive away, and you can also visit the market of the historic town of Boussac.
Nature and surroundings
Our estate is located on the edge of a small village and is surrounded by woods and fields. A stream for a refreshing splash runs across the property. Marked walks and bicycle routes abound. The equipped swimming pond of Chatelux-Malvaleix is a 25min drive away. The protected nature reserve with the lake 'Etang des Landes' is about 15min away.The picturesque village of Toulx-Sainte-Croix with Romanesque church and panoramic watchtower is only 5km away, the beautiful Pierres Jaumâtres are a few kilometers away. Boussac offers a pleasant market every Thursday morning and is worth a visit for the sake of its old center with historic castle.
