Living The barn offers space for up to 6 people on the 1st floor (loft apartment) on approx. 90 sqm. The spacious loft of the almost 100-year-old barn is characterized by its high ceilings and its versatility as a kitchen, dining room and living room. In the living room area there is a sofa bed and several armchairs for relaxing in front of the cast iron stove or in front of the TV, which can only be received via WLAN. Above the loft is a gallery that can be used as a separate playroom/bedroom. Due to the southern orientation of the floor-to-ceiling windows, the room is very bright and also offers a breathtaking view of the oak forest, thus creating a room extension to the large balcony. There is a large patio table on the balcony. The table top can be removed and the whirlpool sauna is available on the ground floor. Number of guests limited to 6 (no parties) - exception 1-3 families with small children up to 10 persons.
Nature and surroundings
In the outdoor area you can relax in the hidden forest garden on approx. 3000 square meters either on the mobile forest sofa, the 2 deckchairs or the giant swing (3 variants - nest swing, tire swing, hammock). For children, a fairly fast ropeway (only recommended for ages 6 and up) or the sandpit are a welcome change. If that's not enough, the playground opposite can be used. A fireplace also offers the opportunity to end the day comfortably "under the oaks". Co-working Thanks to the fiber optic-supported Internet connection, strong WLAN coverage near the building creates the basis for mobile working, even outdoors. Further information Agriculture and smell We are in the countryside. Farming is still actively practiced around us. Sometimes the wind blows badly and the smell of stables wafts across the farmyard. Rejoice! Spiders There are all kinds of animals on the farm. Including spiders.
