Nature house in Grijpskerke

The mattress was too soft for us but of course that is very personal. On the benches we could have used slightly thicker cushions. Then you sit more comfortably. Although there were plenty of other pillows that you can just slide under your buttocks. The shower is spacious enough and nice and hot with a nice jet. We were on the road a lot, when 'coming home' just turn on the air conditioning and in no time it was nice and warm in the cottage. Quick coffee and enjoy the tranquility. Be sure to taste an egg from the store. On the terrace of the Tiny house you can enjoy your drink or a book in privacy. We did not use the beautiful garden greenhouse with bath that was converted into a bathroom. The shower in the cottage was more than fine for us. Considering booking this location? Don't hesitate, just do it!

Het matras was voor ons te zacht maar dat is natuurlijk heel erg persoonlijk. Op de zitbankjes hadden wat ons betreft iets dikkere zitkussens mogen liggen. Dan zit je net wat comfortabeler. Al lagen er voldoende andere kussens die je even onder je billen kunt schuiven. De douche is ruim genoeg en heerlijk warm met een fijne straal. Wij waren veel op pad, bij ‘thuiskomst’ even de airco op de verwarmingsstand en in no time was het heerlijk warm in het huisje. Snel koffie zetten en genieten van de rust. Proef ook zeker even een eitje uit het winkeltje. Zó lekker vers.
Op het terras van het Tiny house kan je met veel privacy genieten van je drankje of een boek. De prachtige tot badkamer omgebouwde tuinkas met bad hebben wij niet gebruikt. De douche in het huisje was meer dan prima voor ons. Overweeg je deze locatie te boeken? Niet twijfelen, gewoon doen!

The cottage is beautifully situated on the edge of the yard of a farm. From bed you can look right into the meadow. Every now and then a cat or pheasant will walk by and we could also see the cows in the stable from our bed. Sleeping with the curtains open and waking up in the morning with the sun rising, it does so much good with you.

Het huisje ligt prachtig aan de rand van het erf van een boerderij. Vanuit bed kijk je zo de wei in. Af en toe komt er een kat of fazant langslopen en ook zagen wij de koeien op stal gaan vanuit ons bed. Slapen met de gordijnen open en in de ochtend wakker worden met opkomende zon, het doet zoveel goeds met je.

The cyclists who came to check out the Tiny house were sometimes an "invasion" of the sense of privacy, and the lack of a non-see-through curtain at the front door was a bit uncomfortable while sleeping.

De fietsers die kwamen kijken bij het Tiny house waren soms een 'inbreuk' op het gevoel van privacy.
Het ontbreken van een niet doorkijkbaar gordijn aan de voordeur was een beetje onbehaagelijk tijdens het slapen.

It was a beautiful place; apart from curious cyclists sometimes coming to look at the Tiny house or the farm, the peace, space and nature was excellent.

Het was een prachtige plek.
Behalve dat nieuwsgierige fietsers soms kwamen kijken naar het Tiny House of de boerderij, was de rust, ruimte en de natuur uitstekend.
