It is child-friendly and offers serene views, modern amenities and a lovely outdoor terrace over the water. The house is stylish yet functional and has great amenities for families with children. A crib, high chair and life jackets are available free of charge upon request, and access to the water and stairs is protected with a fence. Located on a small water park, the house has its own parking lot and a private marina right next to the house, where you can dock your own or a rental boat if you wish.
