Going for the ultimate in relaxation? A good start is half the battle! Our overnight stays are standard including breakfast and consists of homemade and local products. Of course we move with the season and depend on what our country has to offer us. Our Finnish kotas are equipped with an extensive kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator, nesperesso coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, crockery, cutting boards and knife set. They do not have their own cooking facilities.

Our kota with Barrel sauna is located in the quiet outskirts of Slootdorp. In the middle of the Wieringermeer, where in spring many tulip farmers fill the fields with beautiful bulbs and flowers. Centrally located in the Wieringermeer, places like Schagen, Alkmaar and Den Helder can be reached within 20 minutes. But if you go more for nature, grab your bike and follow one of the many available cycling routes, and for the more adventurous take to the mountain biking in the nearby Robbenoordbos. Hiking and equestrian trails are also available in the Robbenoord Forest. A day of mudflat hiking is quickly booked, boarding can be done in the picturesque fishing town of Den Oever. Fancy a beach day, that too! Seaside resorts such as Callantsoog or Julianadorp aan Zee can be reached by car within 15 minutes. For business travelers, the kota has a table to work at and a fast Wifi network is available.
