Our luxury Loft (95 m²), with air conditioning, can accommodate 5 people and is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with TV & Chromecast, a fully equipped kitchen with access to a terrace with dining table, daybed and Weber gas barbecue. There is a separate toilet in the hall. WiFi is available.The beautiful cast iron staircase takes you to the mezzanine with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and beautiful views over the fields. The children's bedroom has a cozy bedstead for 2 children and a single bed for a 3rd child. The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and sink. Guests can enjoy the large swimming pool (6 x 12 meters), which our family is happy to share with you! The pool is fully fenced for safety reasons. The cozy lounge area is the ideal place to read a book or enjoy the sunset.

The property is located in the picturesque French countryside of the Nouvelle Aquitaine, between the departments of Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne. Only 20 minutes drive from Bergerac airport. Enjoy the tranquility, discover the beautiful surroundings and be inspired! The luxury Loft is located on 5 acres of land, close to charming bastide villages such as Eymet, Villeréal and Issigeac. Here you can enjoy hiking or cycling through the rolling countryside. In addition, there are numerous castles to visit in the area. For foodies, there are plenty of opportunities to taste local wines at nearby vineyards or visit one of the cozy local markets. The region is also known for its fine restaurants, where you can enjoy delicious dishes prepared with local ingredients. Surrounded by wide views over fields, forests and an orchard, this property offers plenty of privacy and a perfect base for a versatile vacation!
