Welcome to this nature house in Holten. The house is decorated in such a way that all kinds of family and family groups feel welcome. The vacation home is comfortable and furnished as practically as possible. The house is child-friendly, safe and is at ground level. Everyone is welcome, even with (small) children.The bright living room offers plenty of space to relax, read, play, watch TV and more.In the complete kitchen you will enjoy cooking, even during your vacation! The completely renovated plumbing with a second separate toilet and bathroom with rain shower, let you enjoy.Sleeping well is a must: Extra attention has been paid to good mattresses, choice of comforters and pillows! In the three bedrooms, two bedrooms are equipped with two times 80*200 box spring beds and one bedroom with two 70*200 box spring beds. You can also run and dry laundry. The house is smoke and pet free and NO parties are allowed
Nature and surroundings
Right along the route of the Pieterpad stands the renovated vacation home on the bungelow grounds of "the Borkeld". Located on the N350, the house is easily accessible: You drive into the dirt road of the Vianenweg and are immediately on vacation. With a plot of 1000m2, space and being outside is guaranteed. The garden is surrounded by forest and nature and the terraces are shielded by greenery all around. Behind the house is a lovely veranda to enjoy being outside in peace and quiet. In the garden is a trampoline for the children and feel free to play on the grass. Near the house is a separate shed to store your bikes. And then there is Holten. Besides the beautiful landscape, the Sallandse Heuvelrug and the Holterberg, there is a rich (cultural) history and a fine and friendly atmosphere. It is an area in the sober east, where people still like to have a chat. Hospitality is number one in the village of Holten.
