Get away from it all? Discover relaxation in our mobile homes "de Skoeboet", located in Sint Maartensbrug. Our mobile homes are located on our hobby farm. From our own garden you have a wide view over the agricultural countryside of the Zijper polder, with the dunes of Schoorl on the horizon. On the undercarriage of an old schaftkeet the pipowagen was built by ourselves with attention for sustainability. Since this year the mobile homes are for rent. On a surface of 16 m2 you can stay completely independently. A cozy sitting area, a double bed that can be retracted into a couch and a fully equipped kitchen are present. Private sanitary facilities include a dry toilet and a water-saving shower. In the garden is a fire pit, firewood is provided, where the day can be cozily ended. Charging an electric car can be done within walking distance (about 300m) in the village.
Nature and surroundings
Sint Maartensbrug is a small village in the municipality of Schagen NH, halfway between Alkmaar and Den Helder and about 4 km away from forest, dunes and the sea. The beach in Sint Maartenszee is a wide and family-friendly Blue Flag beach. There are several beach pavilions and a lifeguard is present In addition to the beautiful coast, Sint Maartensbrug is located in the largest contiguous bulb area in the world and in spring you are surrounded by fields full of colors. The hinterland with distinct places like Schagen, Den Helder, Medemblik, Enkhuizen and Alkmaar is also worth exploring. For nature lovers, this is an ideal vacation spot. The nearby nature reserves 'het Wildrijk' and 'het Zwanenwater', the Schoorl dunes and the Westfriese omringdijk are places for those who like beautiful walks and bike rides.
