The house is ideally suited for a stay with children. An occupancy of 6 adults and 3 children is optimal.On the ground floor is a spacious living room with wood stove, an open kitchen and the hall.The kitchen is very complete with dishwasher, large fridge with freezer and a ceramic hob.In the hall is the staircase, a wardrobe and a guest toilet. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with bath and double sink and toilet. The garden is fenced and south facing with a spacious terrace. Bbq and outdoor furniture are obviously present. In the front garden is parking for 3 cars. The possibility exists to charge an electric car.

The house is located in the village of Mützenich in the municipality of Monschau, only 3 km from the beautiful town of Monschau. Near the house are the Eifelsteig a hiking trail and the Ravelroute a bike / walking path. From the house you can walk directly to the high fens in Belgium. The Stelingberg on which the house is located, is one of the highest mountains in the area, with a height of 685 meters. In winter there is more often snow and in summer the heat is well tolerated.
