A cozy cottage in the middle of nature. Equipped with all conveniences. You can hardly think of it or it is present in this cottage. You may use everything. There is a well-functioning and cozy wood stove. The kitchen is also fully facilitated. There is a small toilet in the hallway, but also 1 in the shower room. On the television you can enjoy streaming with for example Netflix or npo start. If that is not enough you may use the DVD player. The small but cozy terrace gives you complete privacy. It is so quiet and nice that it regularly happens that one thinks it is still 6 o'clock in the morning because no ambient noise is perceived. An additional sun terrace is equipped with 2 sunbeds. In addition to a refrigerator (without freezer compartment) there is a combi grill - hot air - microwave available. And, of course, a dishwasher.
Nature and surroundings
Just a 10-minute walk from Le vieux sart 22, you are at the train station opposite a cozy bike cafe and a fantastic pizzeria. Less than 5 minutes further walk and you are at the waterfalls of Coo, one of the height and most beautiful waterfalls in Belgium. For the children the adventure park Plopsacoo is directly opposite Coo. That guarantees a day of fun. The Ardennes is of course synonymous with outdoor sports. You walk right from the park into the beautiful forests and have beautiful views on all sides. The park is located on a famous bicycle climb called Thier de Coo. But also water sports, visiting caves, downhill mountain biking and occasionally visiting a ski slope are among the possibilities. In many places you will find museums, cozy restaurants, a reservoir to recreate. Or what about building a dam with the children in the local river Amblève.
