Traitsanes en Berry has put together a gîte for 2-4 people to welcome you and your pet, alone, as a couple, with family or friends. On the ground floor, in a quiet location with independent access and a private, enclosed garden, Traitsanes en Berry offers you: A small 50m2 house comprising a main room with an open, fully-equipped kitchen (gas hob, fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and all kitchen utensils), a cosy sitting area with a sofa and direct access to the terrace, and a reading/bedding area with a sofa bed. Separate bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. Pellet stove heating (included in the rental price in cool and cold seasons) for cocooning evenings in winter. This is a single-storey accommodation with enclosed exterior, private parking and independent entrance.
Nature and surroundings
Happiness is guaranteed for all those who love nature, discovery, sport and tranquillity, in our little hamlet in the Berry countryside on the borders of the Allier, Indre and Creuse departments, south of the Cher, in the middle of nowhere. You'll be in the company of our animals. If you'd like to get close to them, just ask Christian, he'll be delighted to accompany you to the meadow. Berry is synonymous with outdoor activities: from the gîte and in the immediate vicinity, you'll find numerous hiking trails (including the 185 km sentier des maîtres sonneurs), bike paths and motorcycle routes. You can stroll through the Tronçais forest or the Pierres Jaumâtres, or take advantage of the Sidiailles water sports center located near the Traitsanes en Berry gîte. For fishermen, we can help you discover our small pond. We're also lucky enough to be on the border of 4 départements and 3 regions, so we have a wide choice of places to visit.
