Cozy half-timbered house with a view, sauna, cinema room, fitness area and garden. You live in the small house in a listed half-timbered ensemble from 1774 in the immediate vicinity of Detmold, equipped with a cinema room, fitness room, 2 gazebos with an unobstructed view of the Teutoburg Forest. Complete kitchen, cozy living room with stove. One bedroom with clay walls at ground level, a second bedroom in wood under the roof. The garden in front of the house is for exclusive use for barbecuing and chilling out, children and pets welcome. Small infrared sauna for private use. Supermarket 1.1 km, city 3.5 km away. Heated individually electrically and centrally with a wood-burning stove, firewood included.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located on the edge of the field with an unobstructed view of the Teutoburg Forest. This is a small private path that ends at the field, so there is no further jetty. Wonderful for walking and relaxing in the garden, in the hammock, by the campfire, in the sauna.
