Your apartment is located on Afritzer See, with stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The apartment, located on the second floor, is completely renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences. The laminate/vinuyl flooring, hotel box spring beds, sleek elements with wood accents give your vacation a warm home. The spacious balcony offers views of the lake and the mountains among which your apartment is located. The private beach pool for our guests offers a sheltered fenced garden with boat house and jetty. In addition, our guests may use SUP boards free of charge. If you have a boat or own water sports equipment/boards, these can be safely stored locked in the boathouse. Cyclists can enjoy our region and we offer indoor bicycle storage.
Nature and surroundings
Located between ski resorts such as Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen and cities such as Villach and Klagenfurt in close proximity, makes its location ideal. The lakes Feldsee, Millstätter See, Ossiacher See, Faakersee and the Wörthersee offer water sports, rest and in-and-out relaxation. The Nockberge mountains among which we are located were declared a Biosphere Park by UNESCO in 2012 for their sustainability and ecological agriculture and traditions. In addition to clean air, these offer endless hiking and mountain biking trails. In the immediate vicinity are sights such as the Granattor, the Granatium, museums, waterfalls, picturesque towns, attractions such as Nocky Flitzer or the Pyramidenkogel the highest wooden viewing tower in the world with slide to visit.
