Vacation home (70 sqm) in timber frame construction. Cozy, bright architecture with open living, kitchen and dining area (40 sqm). Flat screen TV, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine. One bedroom with large double bed on the ground floor. One bedroom with French bed on the upper floor. Crib on request. There is also a sleeping gallery with a French bed on the upper floor. Terrace, garden furniture, 2 parking spaces. Plot 460 sqm. Non-smoking house. Maximum occupancy: 6 persons A large part of the house was freshly renovated in 2023. A new floor, a new bedroom, a new dishwasher and many beautiful details await our tenants!
Nature and surroundings
Lake Alfsee is only approx. 500 m away. The large windows allow plenty of light and nature into the house. Birds and squirrels can be observed directly from the sofa.
