Our cork-insulated house is one of only 5 houses in Germany. We have renovated our little house from the 1955s and tried to preserve its charm. The garden has a wide view of the Vogelsberg. Electricity is generated by PV, among other things. Parking is possible in front of the house on the street or at the back in the green. The garden is divided into a fenced terrace and lawn on the one hand and a natural garden for insects and biodiversity on the other. Our huge sycamore tree protects the house and yard, bicycles can be stored in the laundry room. We are currently waiting for suitable weather to complete the outdoor area (as of Feb.25).
Nature and surroundings
The Feldatal with the district Köddingen is only 15 minutes by car from the nature park Hoherrodskopf. Hiking and cycling is a green pleasure here. Enjoy the view of our low mountain range, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing about 15 minutes away.
