Characteristic thatched barn converted into generously equipped cottage. This is realized in a sustainable way, we use solar panels and geothermal heat. The cottage is located in the outskirts of the Horst in Groesbeek. This is located between Nijmegen (10 km) and the German border (1 km). Downstairs in the cottage is a kitchen, living room and bathroom with toilet. The couch in the living room can also serve as a double sofa bed. Upstairs is a bedroom with plenty of closet space. The cottage is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer, combi oven, nespresso machine + kettle, internet and TV. Nature and surroundings
Cottage is located in the rural area of hilly Groesbeek. Nearby is Natura 2000 reserve De Bruuk, the forests of the Lower Kingdom and the German Reichswald ideal for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. Also the Pieterpad runs through beautiful Groesbeek.
