This charming medieval farmhouse is an ideal place for nature lovers and fully equipped. The spacious living room has a 3 seater sofa and a 2 person sofa bed, a round table and patio doors. At the rear of the house are the spacious kitchen with a large family table. The fully renovated kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher and double door refrigerator. next to it the utility room with washer, dryer and a toilet. From the kitchen you overlook the spacious terrace with beautiful views over the grounds and pond. For children there is a playhouse and swings, there are hammocks and a standing pool of 3 by 5 meters. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms; one bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed and closet, and on the other side the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, behind that a spacious bedroom with 1 double bed, closet, chest of drawers and a freestanding bath.
Nature and surroundings
This beautiful natural estate has everything you need to completely unwind; surrounded by an oasis of green on a large piece of private land of no less than 2 hectares, you will be able to completely relax and enjoy beautiful views, wandering wildlife, bird concerts, colored evening skies, campfire evenings and immeasurable starry skies.... There is also a pond full of carp where in the summer the frog concerts bring nature further to life. The property is located on top of a hill completely surrounded by trees and a 15-minute walk from the authentic village of Aubenton, where there is a bakery, supermarket, museum and cozy restaurant. The area has plenty to offer; beautiful hiking trails with beautiful views, vast forests in the nearby Ardennes, swimming lakes and cozy flea markets. Picturesque villages and towns such as the fortified town of Rocroi, and the towns of Laon and Charleville are also very worthwhile.
