Completely renovated apartment above the owners' house (former farm), accessible by stairs (not recommended for people with reduced mobility) and approx. 80 ares of wooded grounds at your disposal. Parking: accommodation in a cul-de-sac. One private parking space, one public parking space 200 m from the property. Inside: semi-open-plan kitchen opening onto dining/living room, shower room, separate WC, two bedrooms and relaxation area. Outside: terrace with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. Children's play area: swings, hopscotch, slide. Waste sorting. Utilities and household linen included in the price. Winter: heating (ecological - pellet boiler) is included in the price.

This spacious 4-person gîte is in a large Vosges-style house nestled in a small village called "Le Saulcy", in very quiet, leafy surroundings. Hiking and mountain-biking trails at the foot of the gîte. In the heart of the Vosges, in the land of abbeys and at the gateway to Alsace (one hour from Strasbourg and Nancy), we offer you our gîte "Maix le Renard".
