Welcome, a beautifully renovated farmhouse on the outskirts of picturesque Pressigny. Enjoy the peace and nature, just steps away from beautiful forests, perfect for walks with or without the dog. This spacious house offers all the comforts you could wish for. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious hall with toilet and bathroom. The generous front room leads to a cozy kitchen with garden doors to an enclosed terrace, ideal for relaxing moments outside. The dining room and "study" offer perfect places to dine or read. The large living room, equipped with a wood stove and French doors to the courtyard, is the ideal place for cozy evenings. On the second floor you will find a relaxation corner with library and no less than 7 bedrooms spread over two wings, complete with two bathrooms and toilet. The large enclosed garden and courtyard complete the picture. Dogs are welcome. The number in consultation. Cats are not allowed.

Pressigny, a picturesque village in Haute-Marne, northeastern France, offers peace and quiet amidst beautiful nature. At the edge of the village is our attractive farmhouse overlooking the large outdoor garden and the old water tower. The surroundings are characterized by extensive forests and rural landscapes, ideal for hiking and nature lovers. Nearby places such as Langres and Orcevaux offer beautiful hiking trails, such as the "Circuit of the Crossing of the Roman Roads." Culture lovers can visit the Musée de la Vannerie in Fayl-Billot, dedicated to basket weaving, or admire the historic Château de Bougey. Pressigny is just 30 km from Langres which has an extensive shopping and restaurant offer and is a perfect base for exploring the region. Surrounding villages such as Fayl-Billot offer local craft stores and markets for daily necessities and regional products.
