Ever slept in an authentic bakery cottage with wood-fired oven? The cottage is equipped for a stay with two people. Here you can enjoy the silence, unwind and relax in a cozy atmosphere. Everything has been carefully thought through by using durable and authentic materials. The ground floor has floor heating and a comfortable kitchen with a Borett stove and a bluestone sink. The sitting area has a table with four chairs, an armchair, a wood stove and a bookcase with books and games. The outdoor toilet has been restored with a nod to the past. Upstairs, the sleeping area has a double box spring of 160 cm and a sitting corner . The shower room is equipped with a walk-in shower, a designer sink and a toilet. Garbage bags, household paper, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, shower products and toilet paper are already provided so you can settle in without worry.
Nature and surroundings
Just 25 km from our multicultural and bustling capital Brussels, you will be catapulted into another world: quiet, green rolling meadows interspersed with small forests and stream valleys. Here you can enjoy your company and the surroundings in peace. From the cottage you can make unique walking and cycling trips through the rolling countryside. In the area there is also the possibility to plan Vespa and Oldtimer tours or a covered wagon ride. Along the Pajotse ambassadors you can taste all kinds of delicacies artisanally and locally made. A farming landscape with hollow roads and historical sites with a museum on folk instruments, a rural center, many chapels and castles, geuzestekerij and folk pub with folk tales, Brueghel route, ... make your stay a varied and pleasant one.
