We rent out four vacation apartments 57 to 150 m² with balcony and/or terrace, in the middle of the nature of the Vulkaneifel. This ground floor apartment is 150 m² in size and suitable for 6 people. Room layout - living room with corner couch and TV - 3 bedrooms with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) - baby crib and high chair (free on request) - 2 bathrooms with shower/WC (one shower at ground level and WC with fold-out grab rails) - kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob and oven, fridge and freezer - terrace and balcony with direct access (via a few steps) to the meadow or from outside at ground level. General information about the house and for communal use - Fully fenced property (2,500 m²) in the countryside - Washing machine and dryer - Laundry line on the meadow or clothes horse (can be taken into the apartment) - Iron and ironing board
Nature and surroundings
The proximity to the Eifelmaaren and the Moselle, form an ideal starting point for all kinds of activities and recreation. Directly behind the property runs the beautiful 2-stream path. A hike of approx. 14 km, or perhaps just a short walk through fields, woods and meadows...no problem and everything is close by. :-)
